I brought my ditch witch 255 in for service at Jesco in Southampton NJ-Some may call it Lumberton NJ.I saw Paul-service manager.
He told me I needed all kinds of work done which later was proved not to be the case. Also shortly after the bill presentation I asked for a detailed list of what was done and he was very evasive saying that the account was closed and he could not get the information which as far as I know is a customer's right.
I had to go to higher management and eventually received a $300 credit.
I was going to dispute the charges otherwise.I found out that I was being charged 3 hours to "inspect" the ditch witch-in other words no service was done -it was looked at for 3 hours-Beware of Jesco if you see Paul
